We practice nursing by nurses and nursing assistants with above philosophies and the policy, “We practice nursing with a warm heart and up to the knowledge and skills.”. The nursing system in our hospital is nurse-patient ratios 7:1 in the general ward. We conduct continued primary nursing as a nursing service system to achieve our clinical skills and high levels of patient satisfaction. We have introduced “human resource development system” constructed of “Management by Objectives”, “Career Ladder System”, and “Personnel Evaluation System” for the high quality of our hospital and for our own improvement.
